The event was fast approaching – my dear friend Anne was getting married in a week’s time. It was to be a quiet affair with just a few close friends and relatives attending the wedding. The Anne Klein Quartz 1362RGRG Women’s Watch was a cool and chic watch in a rose gold tone. It conveyed a quiet confidence and understated elegance, just like Anne. What a coincidence – the watch brand even has her name!
The first impression of the Anne Klein 1362RGRG is that of a classy and fashionable timepiece that is not too loud and pretentious. It in fact conveys an understated elegance that will never go out of fashion. The round gold-toned stainless-steel case with a simple minimalistic design portrays a sophisticated look. The single diamond at the 12 o’clock position is the only elaboration in this otherwise clean design.
The gold-tone stainless steel link bracelet with a jewellery clasp lends a nice touch adding to its overall elegance. What I liked about the bracelet is that you can adjust it to fit your wrist by adjusting the removable section (which is another clasp) in the links.
The Anne Klein brand uses quality materials in the construction of its timepieces as you can see from the use of a mineral crystal for the face of the watch. A Japanese quartz movement powers the Anne Klein 1362RG watch. Apparently, Japanese quartz movements are known for smooth operation and accuracy. All said and done, this elegant timepiece from Anne Klein should give a few years of good service to the wearer.
However, water resistance in this timepiece is almost non-existent and you’d do well stay away from moisture when wearing this piece. Anne Klein 1362RGRG is what some would call a dress watch, which I’d assume you’d keep aside for special occasions. That being said, you could pair it with a variety of outfits for occasions ranging from formal business meets or other social events.
